Each individual may register and maintain only one phjill account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — will be treated as duplicate accounts. phjill will suspend all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit all bonus balances and promotional winnings accrued across duplicate accounts. Real-money deposits may be returned at phjill's sole discretion following identity verification.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. phjill may suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjill login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party, and you accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
phjill will never ask you for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. If you receive a message purportedly from phjill requesting your login credentials, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your phjill account, you must notify phjill support immediately via live chat. phjill will take reasonable steps to secure your account following such notification but shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred prior to notification.
phjill accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be added or removed from time to time.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phjill wallet promptly upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. phjill is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be refunded to the source where technically possible. phjill reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used.
phjill does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. Please check with your GCash, Maya, or bank provider for applicable fees.
Withdrawals from your phjill account are returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless phjill's compliance or verification procedures require an alternative arrangement.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all phjill bonuses:
Attempts to manipulate, abuse, or exploit bonus systems — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or deliberate low-risk wagering to meet requirements — will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

phjill will not reverse a self-exclusion request during the selected exclusion period. Any account subject to self-exclusion will have access to gaming services suspended for the duration of the exclusion period.
All content on the phjill platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials, is the property of phjill or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phjill platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phjill content without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phjill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.
phjill's total liability to any individual user for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits phjill's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
phjill reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or via a prominent notice on the phjill platform, with a minimum of 7 days' prior notice before the amended terms take effect.
Your continued use of the phjill platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and phjill arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to produce a resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
For disputes related to gaming outcomes or account decisions falling within the regulatory purview of PAGCOR, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures may apply.
